We hope you love your purchase, but if any issues arise, we will gladly assist. We only issue refunds for returns, meaning we do not exchange or offer store credit. Please note the following:
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- A return must be requested within 10 days after your purchase has been delivered. For reference, if delivered on the 1st, the last day to request a refund will be on the 10th.
- The item must be unwashed, unworn, unaltered, and in its original packaging.
- We do not accept returns that have removed the “Do Not Remove” red tag from the item.
- All items listed as “Final Sale” cannot be returned.
If we receive the return and it fails to comply with the return requirements, no refund will be issued and we will email you to supply us with a shipping label to return the item to you. We take pride in our items and would not repackage less than stellar returned items to our customers.
Domestic Returns for the United States of America
We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error. For all other returns, a pre-paid trackable shipping label will be sent to you, and the return shipping label fee of $5.99 will be deducted from the refund. Returns lost in transit by the carrier will still be treated as a completed return.

BEGIN THE RETURN PROCESS
Submit a return request by logging into your customer account. First, find the order you wish to return and click the Return Items link. Next, you will need to specify the Qty To Return, Return Reason, and Return Action. You also have the option to leave a comment. Lastly, after submitting the request, you will see our Return Instructions and receive a confirmation email.
If you did not make a customer account, please email us via the Contact Us form, being sure to include your full name and the order number, so we can initiate the return process for you.
An approved refund will be processed within 5 days of the return’s delivery, and an email confirmation will be sent. Please allow 5-10 business days for your bank to process our refund request.
