Return Requirements

We hope you love your purchase, but if any issues arise, we will gladly assist if it was a result of our error. We are closing our store, meaning all purchases are Final Sale.

Domestic Returns for the United States of America

We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error only, as all purchases are Final Sale since we are closing our store. Returns lost in transit by the carrier will still be treated as a completed return.

International Returns

We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error only, as all purchases are Final Sale since we are closing our store. Returns lost in transit by the carrier will still be treated as a completed return.

BEGIN THE RETURN PROCESS

Submit a return request by logging into your customer account. First, find the order you wish to return and click the Return Items link. Next, you will need to specify the Qty To Return, Return Reason, and Return Action. You also have the option to leave a comment. Lastly, after submitting the request, you will see our Return Instructions and receive a confirmation email.

If you did not make a customer account, please email us via the Contact Us form, being sure to include your full name and the order number, so we can initiate the return process for you.

Refund

An approved refund will be processed within 5 days of the return’s delivery, and an email confirmation will be sent. Please allow 5-10 business days for your bank to process our refund request.
